Cancellation Policy
If an appointment is not canceled within 24hours of appointment time, a fee of 25% of service cost will be charged to card on file.
In the event of a no call no show, a fee of 50% of service cost will be charged to card on file.
I allow a 15 minute grace period on appointments, if you are over 15 minutes late please reach out to me. If the appointment is still able to be completed there will be a $20 late fee added
